Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cinnamon ("the app"), a UK cinema showtimes application. By downloading or using Cinnamon you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

Cinnamon is intended for users aged 12 and over. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 12 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

Use of the App

You may use Cinnamon for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its connected services
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app

Showtime Accuracy

Showtime and cinema information displayed in Cinnamon is sourced from third-party providers including TMDB and UK Cinema API. While we make every effort to ensure information is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all showtimes, dates, prices, or availability are correct at the time of viewing.

We strongly recommend confirming details directly with the cinema before travelling. We accept no responsibility for any loss, inconvenience, or expense incurred as a result of inaccurate or outdated showtime information.

Purchases & Subscriptions

Cinnamon is currently free to download and use. We may introduce optional in-app purchases or subscriptions in the future.

Where purchases are available:

• All transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store
• We do not have access to your payment card details
• Once a purchase has been completed we are unable to revoke or restrict access to purchased features
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes
• Subscription pricing and features will be clearly presented before purchase

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within Cinnamon is our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our express written permission.

Film data is provided by TMDB and is subject to their terms and conditions. Showtime data is provided by UK Cinema API and is subject to their terms and conditions.

Third-Party Services

Cinnamon relies on the following third-party services to function:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cinnamon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Showtime or cinema information will always be accurate or complete
• The app will be available in all locations or at all times

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Cinnamon or reliance on any information provided within the app.

Our total liability to you in connection with the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Cinnamon or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of Cinnamon are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
